Selling a Match Day Programme has never been easier. But how do you do it? Find out below!

by following the simple step-by-step guide below you’ll be able to set up your ACCOUNT, add one or multiple teams and upload a match day programme.

Step 1: Welcome

To find our online dashboard type in - this will allow you create an account or to sign in to the MDI dashboard.

If you are creating an account, click on the ‘Create Account’ link at the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Create Account

To create an account fill in the four empty boxes and click on the ‘Create’ button. We will need to verify your account from our end which usually takes a few moments. If you don’t receive a verification email please get in touch (

Step 3: Account Info

Welcome to the Home Page! After being verified it’s time to set up your new account, to do this click on the ‘Settings’ button located at the top right of your screen.

Step 4: Settings

Simply fill in the Information about your team, the ‘Icon’ section is the Clubs Crest which will appear on the App.

Once this section is done your account is ready to go! It’s now time to add a team to your account.

Step 5: Adding Teams

Return to the home page and click on the ‘Teams’ tab which can be found at the top of the page (red circle in picture).

Step 6: Teams

Once clicking on the ‘Teams’ tab you’ll be taken to a page without any team names. To add a team click on the blue ‘Add’ button which can be found in the top right of the screen (Red Circle)

Step 7: Team Details

After that a you’ll need to fill in the blanks.

NAME - name off the team SPORT - select drop down option.

IMAGE - cover photo which will show on the app, behind the club crest.

WEBSITE / TICKETING / CLUB SHOP - these will add links on the club’s profile; allowing the fans to be redirected to the relevant website.

Step 8: Uploading a Programme

First click on the ‘Events’ tab followed by the blue ‘Add’ button on the right of the page.

Step 8.1: Programme Detail

NAME: The fixture title (this will appear on the App) for example Hartpury RFC v MatchDayInfo RFC.

DESCRIPTION: Talk about the event, sell the programme to the customer.. what does it include?

TEAM: Select your team from the Drop Down list.

Step 8.2: Location & Time

POSTCODE: Enter the postcode of where the fixture is being played at, this links your Match Day Programme to the Map.. Allowing fans to see what’s happening near them

START/END DATE: Enter what time the fixture Kicks-Off and when it Ends. After this game, the programme will appear on the archived section.

Step 8.3: Release Time & Price

RELEASE DATE: Once you have the Programme you can upload it at anytime, this allows you to control when the fans purchase the Programme. It’ll appear on the app, however, it will be locked.

PRICE TIER: Select price from down down list.. These are the prices that are set by both Apple/Google In-App purchases.

Step 9: Dropbox

After selecting the Programme icon you’ll have the option to either dragging in the file or selecting the ‘Upload Files’ tab at the top.

The Programme must be in a PDF format, you have the ability to also add hyperlinks.

Step 10: Selecting Programme

It may take up to one minute to appear in this section, although, once you see the programme you wish to upload, simply select it (creating a blue circle around your chosen programme) and click the done button.

Depending on your network strength and size of programme, it could take up to 1 Hour to appear on the MatchDayInfo App.

Step 11: Check Information

After uploading & Selecting your Programme, it is now time to check through all the information before clicking the Done button.

Event Overview:

Once uploading a Programme it’ll appear on the Events page like this, showing live analytics of downloads when the programme becomes live for fans to purchase.

If you wish to edit event, simply click on the pen icon on the right hand side of the event. If you wish to delete the event, click on the trash can next to the pen icon.
